Exterior facelift – feedback

The American Fantasy Makeover worked on an exterior remodel this time.  The house has plain lines, and the homeowner wanted to see what a facelift remodel could do to the value of their home.  They were able to play with the look and function they desired from their home.

However, since it is a “Fantasy” makeover, we were not qualifying the cost of the project.  Typically,  during a project, we know that homeowners want to control costs as well, and we can qualify the cost of a project by working closely with the contractor.

During the American Fantasy Makeover, we recorded the presentation and obtained their permission to share this feedback with you.
