Why are they excited?

Lately, I’ve been asking myself why people look at me strange…like I have two heads.  Ok, they don’t really look at me as if I have two heads.  But some wonder why I’m doing things differently.  Mostly, they wonder how it’s going.  They ask if clients find value in what we do.

So, I thought I’d get it in their own words.  The team included Joe Dellanno from myDesign/BuildProject.com organized the project (who also filmed this segment), Gordon Gauntlett the contractor and Jack & Cindy as the homeowners.  This is the result of presenting the Just another ugly ramp? piece written earlier.

What do you think?  What is the reason they liked this process so much?
